Established in 2022 by long-term locals Marty and Conal Brennan in response to demand from long-term clients, Marcon was created from a clear market need that could genuinely deliver across the full development lifecycle
As an independent project management and development management consultancy based in the Northern Rivers, they provide full-spectrum advisory (from feasibility, design, cost control, superintendency, project and development management) with a particular focus on local insight and accountability.
What sets Marcon apart is their dedication to local first. They actively recruit, engage consultants, contractors, and suppliers from the region wherever possible. In 2024, they were honoured with the Outstanding New Business award at the Ballina Shire Business Awards and the Excellence in Professional Services at the Byron Shire Business Awards, a recognition of their early impact and promise.
Community Involvement
Beyond their development work, Marcon invests in the region’s wellbeing and connectivity. Marty volunteers on the board of The Healthy Minds Club, a local non-profit supporting youth mental health. The company also supports local chambers of commerce and Business NSW chapters, fostering the networks that grow better together.
