Business Lennox Head is the trading name of Lennox Head Chamber of Commerce Incorporated (NFP), ABN 13869041470, ACN Y2850612. We are the official chamber of commerce representing local businesses in Lennox Head.
2. Membership
Membership is open to businesses, organisations, and individuals in Lennox Head and surrounding areas.
By applying for membership, you agree to comply with our constitution and chamber rules.
Membership fees are payable annually and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Members are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.
3. Events
Event registrations are binding once payment is received.
Cancellations may be refunded or credited at our discretion, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change event dates, speakers, or venues with reasonable notice.
4. Sponsorships & Promotions
Sponsors and advertisers must provide accurate information and comply with relevant laws.
Business Lennox Head reserves the right to decline sponsorship or promotional material not aligned with our values or community standards.
5. Use of Website

6. Payments & Invoicing
Payments for memberships, events, or sponsorships are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe, Squarespace, and Xero.
