Rooftech is a family-owned and operated roofing business based in Ballina, proudly servicing the surrounding regions. For over 15 years, they’ve been keeping homes across Lennox Head and beyond safe and sound, specialising in:

Meet Michelle
If you don’t know Michelle Bailey yet, you’ve probably seen her making things happen!
With decades of experience running Rooftech Roofing Services and leading a team of 15+ experts, Michelle knows what it takes to run a successful business while giving back to the community.
Recently elected as a Ballina Councillor, Michelle is a passionate advocate for local initiatives. She’s dedicated to:
🚁 Leading the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Support Group
🎗️ Organizing major charity fundraisers
💪 Supporting local businesses & bringing people together
And when she’s not running businesses, planning events, or driving change, you’ll find her traveling the world, riding motorbikes, or spending time with her family & two lively pups.
