Based in Lennox Head, Value Imagery is a full-service production company specialising in high-quality video, photography, and branded content. With over two decades of experience, Sharkey and his team deliver everything from slick product shoots and social media campaigns to documentary-style storytelling and multi-cam event livestreams.
Their work blends technical precision with creative strategy, serving clients from national brands to local legends — including more than 150 small businesses and community organisations across the Ballina Shire.
But Value Imagery is more than just a creative production company — they’re a driving force behind some of Lennox’s most loved moments.

Meet Sharkey
If you haven’t met Sharkey yet, you’ve definitely seen his work around town!
As the creative mind behind Value Imagery and our Vice President at Business Lennox Head, he’s the guy turning ideas into impact — one frame at a time.
Originally from Philadelphia, Alexander Sharkey—better known as Sharkey—brings global experience and creative flair to our local shores. Since moving to Australia in 2015, he’s fallen hard for Lennox: the surf, the sunsets, and above all, the community.
With 20+ years in film and photography, he runs Value Imagery, creates standout content for businesses big and small, and volunteers his time and talent across the region. He’s currently:
